Shipping and Returns

The standard shipping rate for international orders is £5. Any order over the value of £70 qualifies for free shipping.

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail ‘tracked and signed for’ service (excluding some destinations where ‘signed for’ is the only option available).

Please note that there are sometimes delays with inbound customs while the necessary security checks take place. Your parcel can sometimes be held for up to THIRTY DAYS while this is being carried out. If you need your order quickly, please select the ‘Expedited Shipping' option and your parcel will be sent using UPS or FedEx.

All domestic (UK) orders will be sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service

Returns are accepted up to thirty days from the date of delivery.
